The Comptroller & Auditor General of India, as part of its year long celebrations to commemorate 150 years’ of its Institution, conducted a national level essay competition for students on the theme “Role of CAG in Meeting Challenges of Good Governance” in Hindi and English.

  1. The paper of the first prize winner is completely plagiarized. Just put it in Google and see, he has lifted it almost completely from UN websites. There seems to have been no evaluation on merits. The rest of the winners have also submitted plagiarized papers.

      He’s legally obliged to at least reply to you. Send him all the plagiarism evidence you have found till now.
      I’ve contacted him before, he’s a decent guy. So don’t be nervous. But be formal.

        1. He doesn’t want information. He wants to make a complaint. He shouldn’t contact him under RTI but as Srinivasan is the legal advisor…
