The R. P. Anand Virtual Centre of International Law (VCIL) in 2011 had launched the Annual Essay Competition in the memory of Late Prof. R. P. Anand. The objective of the competition was to promote a wider understanding of international law. The results have now been declared.

  • 2nd Prize – Why TWAIL must not Fail: Origins & Applications of Third World Approaches to International Law by Vikrant Dayanand Shetty (Government Law College)
