National Law University, Jodhpur is organizing a One Day Workshop on “Juvenile Justice in India: Path Traversed and Future Visualized” in collaboration with National Human Rights Commission, India (NHRC). The theme of the workshop is to sensitize the masses regarding the juvenile rights and obligations of the state in respecting the same. Interested students may participate in the workshop by submitting a manuscript along with an abstract on any one of the themes of the technical sessions:
- Theme 1: Problems of Juvenile Justice System in India- Issues, Perspectives and needs for human rights intervention.
- Theme 2: March of Law: Moving towards solutions- Role of Human Rights Organizations and a vision for a better future.
The papers should revolve around the theme and address issues and perspectives of national and international importance.
