Does anyone remember this competition? When are the results coming out? Is the CAG judging the essays himself?

I think we would have to sit for a fast for them to at least acknowledge the submission of the paper, leave alone the declaration of the results.
The best option is to call them, because they don’t seem to respond to emails

The general rule is that footnotes/endnotes would be exclusive of the word count. So if the rules are silent and they are not responding then the best guess would be 2500 words exclusive of footnotes/endnotes.

      Kavihan,

Project Cloud is not the organizer for this competition. It is the Comptroller & Auditor General of India. The rules do not mention that each participant will receive a certificate, however, you can clarify this point by writing to mediawing [at] cag [dot] gov [dot] in

      Good Luck!
