Gujarat National Law University is organizing a one day Seminar on “Corporate Laws: Contemporary Issues & Challenges” – Scrutinizing the Investor’s Protection in the Indian perspectives.

Eligibility:  All Students, Academicians and Professors from all the National Law Universities.

Call for Papers: The Conference also calls for the Submission of paper to be presented at the conference.

   4. Role of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for a better protection of Investors.

  • Note: – Final paper is subject to rejection on the ground of plagiarism.

• b. Entries should be in .doc (word) format. Font – Garamond, Font Size: Title – 16, Subtitle – 14, Text- 12, Line Spacing – 1.5, Citation – Chicago annual of Style (15 th Ed).
