Samvaad is a theme based e-newsletter, published by the Hidayatullah National Law University, where each edition explores an aspect of life in law. Eminent achievers in that field are interviewed and their opinion and advice is published in the form of articles.
Issue 1 is on moot experiences. It contains advice on how to approach mooting, how to prepare and how to win. The experiences are from the pen of such stalwarts as Debajyoti Das etc. who’ve been passionate about mooting all their law school life.
Issue 2 is on litigation as a career option. Senior SC advocate Mr. K. K. Rai writes for us about his experience and about taking risks to do what one really wants to (read- litigation). Other authors who’ve shared valuable tips and advice include a member of the litigating team of P. H. Parekh & Co., and two litigating lawyers of the Delhi HC and Patna HC.
Issue 3 relates to Alternative Dispute Resolution as a career option- how to pursue it, what degrees to take and where to study.
